4cl Martini Rosato 3cl Gin Nordés 3cl Peach 3 dashes Orange Bitter 1cl Sugar sirup 6cl Foam of peach Glass: On the rocks with some effects Garnish: Nice and big Flower of mint, orange twist and orange "raspada"
Method: 1 Grab a Shaker and put all the first 5 ingredients. 2 Prepare the foam with sour white egg (half and half) and a bit of peach to add some flavor. (Mix it with the proper tool) 3 Shake the ingredients os the first step 4 Put it in a cold glass (strained) with ice amd then add the foam on the top 5 Garnish with a nice flower of mint, a orange twist and orange "raspada" (dont know how to say this in english)
Pairing: Maybe with some good food, its a nice cocktail with a lot of flavour. Youll have a nice experience for sure
