5 cl MARTINI RISERVA SPECIALE RUBINO 2cl marraschino 2cl aperol 2cl homemade syrup tonic- tea top cava rosse one pinch shmoked tea Glass: on the rocks Garnish: uvas, hierbabuena y anchoas
Method: for the preparation of this cocktail will use a mixing glass in which we will introduce 5 cl martini riserva speciale Rubino , maraschino 2 cl , 2cl aperol and tonic 2cl home -tea syrup ; We introduce ice in the glass to cool and remove you , then in the mixing glass add ice and stir to cool the contents and then we will make a roll the contents of the mixing vessel 4 times . after the pouring , we will remove excess water from the vessel and smoke glass whit tea, covering it so that the smoke envelop the glass and ice , then pour the contents of the mixing glass the glass with smoke, will fill with crushed ice and rosse cava a little . then proceed to the cocktail presentation
