Ceviche spirit

4 cl Martini Reseva especial Ambrato 2 cl Pisco 4 Gallos Mosto verde Italia 1 cl Blue curacao 2 cl Citron vert ( lime Peruvian ) 1 cl Sucre de canne 2 gr Pasión fruit ( Maracuya ) Glass: Martini or a wine glass Garnish: Borage flower
Method: One Martini Glass with ice !. In one shaker you put 4cl Martini Ambrato , 2 cl Pisco Mosto verde , 1 cl blue curacao , 2 cl citron vert , 2 gr maracuya and 1 cl sucre de canne . Hard shake 5 seconds. Double strainer and serv with carefully. Garnish with 3 Borage flower
Pairing: With a Ceviche realy spicy !
